1)Learn and Implement the internal project management according to PEP .
学习并按PEP 管理内部项目。
2)Support PM to establish the project master plan and supervise the implementation.
协助项目经理制定项目时间计划并监控实施。
3)Support PM to track the development budget and the investment plan for projects.
协助项目经理跟踪整个项目的预算和投资计划。
4)Coordinate the engineering drawings release of BOS/Customer, databa
协调工程图纸释放，包括BOS内部以及客户端, 数据库及部件清单。
5)Coordinate of quality documentation in the area of D/ P FMEA, Control plan and ISPOtask.
协助编制D/P FMEA, 控制计划和ISPO任务等质量文件。
6)Manage and or conducts the meetings with other department, with respect to design, project general reviews, quality review and etc.
参加及或引导与其他部门会议, 如关于设计/启动评审等。
7)Support PM to Submit the relevant ISIR/PPAP documents including prototype, OTS and pilot samples and report to the customers per the commitment.
协助项目经理提交相关的ISIR/PPAP文件及各阶段的样品报告提交,包括Prototype, OTS和 pilot阶段。
8)Support PM to arrange and prepare customer’s visits and APQP audit.
协助项目经理安排和准备客户的拜访及APQP审核。
9)Manage the regular project review for the internal project a.
定期组织内部项目会议。
10)Reporting to PM any perceived deficiencies in the project development before failure .
向PM报告任何项目启动中可能导致目标无法实现的感知缺陷。
11)Support PM to supervise and assist the project sub-supplier’s development and control.
协助项目经理监督及协助项目分供方的开发与控制。
12)Support the Safe launch activity of every project as preventive action .
支持生产早期遏制。

协调手工样件准备、DVP/PV测试以及外观认可等工程活动。

Competency Requirement 能力要求：
(1)Above Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Automotive Engineering and the relevant.
机械工程、汽车工程以及相关专业本科以上学历。
(2)2 years minimum Project management experience and 2 years minimum experience of the relevant field in automotive industry.
2年以上汽车行业项目管理经验和2年以上汽车行业其他经验。
(3)Knowledge of TS16949 & QS9000 .
了解TS16949 & QS9000。
(4)Knowledge of GD&T, , VAVE, DOE, D/P-FMEA, Control Plans, etc.
熟悉GD&T, , VAVE, DOE, D/P-FMEA, Control Plans, 等等。
(5)Skill and ability in project planning, coordination and organization in time according to the proper project management procedure.
具有按照项目流程进行良好以及及时的项目计划、协调和组织能力。
(6)Ability to work under the challenge and pressure.
具有一定的挑战能力和抗压能力。
(7)Exceptional organizational and communication skills with basic English in verbal and writing.
具有基本使用英语的组织能力和沟通能力。
